When you attend the 2026 Scale Model Showcase Event be sure to check out the various hobby seminars hosted by local modellers and Youtubers.
They're free and they will be located in a new lecture room that brings viewers closer to the presentations and holds more people.
This year's schedule is as follows:
10 a.m. : Airbrushing with Hank : 10 Things Every Airbrush User Needs to Know to get the Most out of their Airbrush.
11 a.m. : Chris (Model Airplane Maker) : Airbrushing Weathered Finishes on Scale Models
12 a.m. : Jason (Jason's Space Dock) : Introduction to Lighting your Models. Don't fear the Electronics!
1 p.m. : 3D Printing Paul : Basics of Working with 3D Printed Models
2 p.m. : Rigging with James : Covers all sorts of rigging and materials with applications for ships, aircraft and more!
